Terms and Conditions for the $99 Monthly Online Class

1. Overview By subscribing to the $99 monthly subscription for Shawntay's School of Creative Nails’ virtual classes, students agree to the following terms and conditions. This subscription includes access to four (4) virtual classes per month, held on Tuesdays from 6 PM to 10 PM via Zoom. Participation in these classes is subject to the guidelines outlined below.

2. Subscription Details

• The subscription fee is $99 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

• Students who cancel their subscription will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Class Requirements

• Attendance: Students must log on to the Zoom platform at least 5 minutes before the start of each class. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

• Equipment: Students are required to have the following for every class session:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • A tripod.

  • A camera (separate or integrated with a device) capable of live streaming their workspace.

  • Any necessary nail technology tools and supplies as listed in the course materials.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professionalism and respect for instructors and peers during all classes.

• Any disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the class and potential termination of the subscription without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including video recordings, handouts, and instructional content, are the exclusive property of Shawntay's School of Creative Nails.

• Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any class materials without prior written consent.

6. Technical Requirements and Support

• Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements to access Zoom and maintain a working camera and tripod setup.

• Technical support for Zoom access is available but limited to general guidance. Students must troubleshoot personal equipment issues independently.

7. Refunds and Class Rescheduling

• Fees for missed classes will not be refunded. Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.

• In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled.

8. Liability

• Shawntay's School of Creative Nails is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the misuse of nail technology tools or supplies during virtual classes.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Shawntay's School of Creative Nails reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of changes via email.

10. Agreement By subscribing to this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
