​Financial Responsibility Agreement.

1. I, the undersigned student, acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in Shawntay’s School of Creative Nails, I am assuming full financial responsibility for the cost of my education. I understand that tuition, fees, and any other applicable charges must be paid in accordance with the school’s payment policies.

2. Refund Policy Acknowledgment I acknowledge that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to abide by the school’s refund policy. If I choose to request a refund, I must do so in accordance with the terms set forth by Shawntay’s School of Creative Nails. I understand that any refunds, if applicable, will be processed directly by the school and not through any third-party payment processor.

3. No Chargeback Policy & Waiver of Claims I agree that by signing this document, I waive my right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or claim through my bank, credit card company, or any other payment processor for any payments made to Shawntay’s School of Creative Nails. I understand that all financial disputes must be addressed directly with the school in accordance with its refund and dispute resolution policies. I further acknowledge that initiating a chargeback in violation of this agreement may result in legal action by the school to recover any reversed funds, along with any additional fees incurred due to the dispute.

4. Binding Agreement I understand that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable. By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms outlined in this document and agree to comply with them fully.
