What Is the Graduate Elite Program?
The Graduate Elite Program is a 6-month rental + mentoring program for Shawntay’s School graduates who are ready to grow into confident, consistent beauty professionals.
You’ll receive:

Professional workspace access (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–8pm)

Structured mentoring and business coaching for 6 months

Self-paced online business training through our Canvas course

Accountability and support to help you build habits, systems, and income
This is not a job placement program.
You operate as an independent beauty professional and must have your own products, booking system, and insurance.
Where You’ll Be in 6 Months
This program is designed to help you move from “new graduate” to “working professional” with structure and confidence.
By the end of your 6 months, you should have:

Who This Program Is For
The Graduate Elite Program is available to a limited number of Shawntay's School of Creative Nails graduates.
To qualify, you must:

Be a graduate of Shawntay’s School of Creative Nails

Hold an active license (or be eligible to legally perform services)

Carry professional liability insurance

Have your own products/supplies

Have your own booking system

Be committed to the full 6-month program term

Maintain professionalism, cleanliness standards, and client care expectations
